This can vary based on your property. If it is already furnished and only needs a few final touches to get the property ready for guests then we can have you up and running in a week or less, once your home has been inspected.

Once the property is ready and staged then we will get a professional photographer to come to the property, following this we will draft the listing and get the property ready for bookings. When bookings are received, we take the rest from here.

We have professional Airbnb cleans who know exactly what is needed for a 5-star clean. Our cleaners will clean the property once the guest has left and ensure the property is ready for the next check in.

To reduce the risk of accidents or damage we have a strict no parties, no smoking and no pet’s policy.  We also vet our guests and if there are any inclination of a party, we will refuse the booking, such as a hens and bucks. On top of this we vet each guest to ensure they are creditable and do not have a bad track record with previous stays.

Alongside Airbnb’s $1 million cover we also encourage owners to update their insurance to include short term stays, if your insurance does not permit then we can put you in touch with our broker.

Of course, you can use the property as long as there are no bookings for the requested dates then all you would have to do is contact us to block out the dates. 

We recommend that the property is available most of the year to maximise your profits.
